Life can be challenging and most of us at times experience emotional difficulties or distress. Sometimes we need someone to talk to that is not a friend or relative.  The reason we approach a counsellor is unique and personal to us. Whatever your concerns or difficulties, we can work together to overcome them. This can lead to an overall increased feeling of well-being, self-awareness, confidence, a greater understanding of difficulties and acceptance of challenging circumstances.

My private practice is based in Hamworthy, Poole. It is a quiet and calm setting where you are free to speak in confidence and without fear of being judged.
